A clear transition path

From a Pulley export to a verified cap table

Pulley plans to cease operations on December 8, 2026. Moving software is only part of the work — the record itself has to arrive complete and verifiable.

1

Connect

Contact the dedicated Pulley client team and tell us about your company and cap table.

2

Preserve

Export your ownership data and download every supporting agreement and corporate record.

3

Reconcile

Compare securities entries with source documents and identify missing or inconsistent records.

4

Move Forward

Set up your KoreInside applications and invite shareholders through KoreID.

Export checklist

Download more than the spreadsheet. Preserve the source documents supporting every entry so the record can be reconciled by your counsel or accountant afterwards.

Stakeholders and share classes
Transaction history
Options and vesting schedules
SAFEs and convertible notes
Warrants and grant agreements
Board consents and valuations

Why reconciliation matters

Moving a cap table between platforms does not validate it. A transfer should be accompanied by a comparison of each entry against executed agreements, board approvals and other source documents. Gaps found now are far cheaper to resolve than gaps found during a financing or an audit.

Once your records are preserved, the free core applications hold the cap table, the shareholder view and the documents together. When you are ready, contact the Pulley client team.

This page describes a process, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Work with your own advisers on the reconciliation of your records.
